Adena is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, covering everything from civil projects to residential/commercial builds, land development, transport and trades.

Over the past four years, she’s shifted gears to focus on advising and serving as an outsourced CFO, using her financial expertise to help small and medium-sized businesses grow. By setting up best practices and addressing common financial challenges, she helps these companies succeed. Adena firmly believes that every business, no matter its size, should start acting like the big business it aims to be—by investing in its people, processes, and systems.

Outside of work Adena is passionate about travel and planning the next adventure here and abroad.

Helen is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the manufacturing and civil construction sectors.

She specialises in streamlining finance functions and optimizing business systems to develop practical, fit for purpose processes. Her goal is to give clients peace of mind and help them achieve financial success. Approachable and authentic, she is always ready to lend a hand and make complex numbers easier to understand.
